By accessing the Website, browsing logistics materials, or submitting freight quote requests, the User fully and unconditionally agrees to be bound by these Terms.

All information, service guides, transit route overviews, indicative schedules, and online estimation tools published on the Website are for general reference purposes only and do not constitute a public offer under Article 395 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Binding freight rates, vehicle assignments, schedules, and payment terms are determined individually upon verification of cargo parameters and are formalized in a bilateral Freight Forwarding Agreement and booking orders.
3. Online Requests and Cargo Data Accuracy
Users may request preliminary freight calculations via Website forms or direct contact channels. The User warrants that all supplied information regarding loading/unloading addresses, cargo characteristics, weight, volume, packaging, and temperature requirements is accurate, lawful, and complete.
The User warrants that any files or documentation attached to requests do not violate intellectual property rights, contain malware, or breach export/import regulations. Submitting an online request does not obligate the Website Owner to provide transport until an agreement is formally signed.
4. Intellectual Property
All elements of the Website, including the design, LOGIX HUB trademark, visual media, texts, and source code, are the intellectual property of ИП EASY BUY and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or scraping without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiations subject to a mandatory 30-day written pre-trial claim procedure, and failing agreement, shall be submitted to the competent courts of Almaty, Kazakhstan.
